What is freeze brands on humans?

Freeze branding is a permanent marking process that involves applying extremely cold temperatures to the skin in order to destroy pigmentation cells. This results in a hairless, white-colored marking on the skin. While this method is commonly used to identify livestock, it is illegal and unethical to use freeze branding on humans. Any such markings on humans would be considered a form of abuse or torture. Instead, there are other methods of identifying humans, such as fingerprinting or DNA testing, that are both legal and humane.
